2. Non-Refundable Scenarios

All 1-month subscriptions are strictly non-refundable, regardless of technical issues. These short-term plans are treated as low-risk, no-commitment offers.
🚫 App or Device Incompatibility
If your chosen app or device is incompatible with our service or fails to support the required streaming protocols, no refund will be provided. We strongly recommend using our list of verified compatible apps.
🚫 User Misconfiguration or Device Errors
If the IPTV service is fully functional but you experience issues due to incorrect setup, unsupported hardware, or device failure, the service is considered delivered and is not eligible for a refund.

🚫 Trial Orders & Expired Subscriptions
